Thursday

I cant even remember where I left off and I'm not going to try. Yesterday I was really feeling shitty so we didnt do much of anything. The kids bought squirty guns and spent the afternoon soaking each other.

 

I finished my book Year Million which I DONT recommend to anyone who doesnt appreciate a shitload of jargon.

Started this one last night.

Today we're heading out to the beach (Tidnish). I'm hoping the tide is in because if it isnt.....miles of red mud...ewwwwww. I'll take pictures.

Tuesday

AOL is being a crabby bitch this morning, wont let me upload pics from yesterday. Grrrrr.

Yesterday went well. We didnt do much of anything. The kids went home around 5 and took Syd with them. Avery and I just hung out till Mom got home. We ate and talked and went to bed early.

RAIN! Up at 6:30 and Colleen dropped the kids off. The morning went slooooooooow, nothing for them to do. The skies are starting to clear up. At 10 we came to the library, I have no idea what to do the rest of the day. Ah well, we'll improvise. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to post some pictures.

Rainy Monday

Sunday Trip to Moncton: Forgot the camera so no pictures. Boo.

We drove up early and we shouldn’t have, everything was closed, of course. We ended up going to Starbucks (yay.) which was in the same complex as Crystal Palace which is a lot like Chucky Cheese except BIGGER and much more expensive. Let the whining and begging commence. MAH-UM! ITS GAWT A ROWL-ER COE-STERRRRR! *someone kill me* Sorry kids, mommy is broke. Commence the wailing and pouting of lips. "Yes, I think its very cool. No, I do love you very much. " Look, if you’re lucky you’ll get fed today so zip it. Exasperation, its where I live lately.

Next we went to the mall, which was huge. Then we drove to another strip mall thingee. Much walking and dragging of kids. I ended up spending $10 and the price of lunch for Avery and I. Sydney and Mom spent enough for all of us. We drove home around 4pm. The rest of the night was the same, eating….showering….hanging around.

Today I have Megan and Marcus as well as my own two. And its RAINING. Argggggh! Just my luck. So in this tiny house the four of them are just bouncing off the walls. At 10 we’ll go to the library and I’ll get to post this.  And here I am at the library and they're still pinging off the walls. Gah.

Sunny (but still cold) Saturday

He's got 2 of the faces almost complete. I couldnt get a picture of the other side, I'll try later.

Syd's theater production went well.  There was a pretty big crowd for the audience, I was surprised. It lasted about 40 minutes and they had cake afterwards.

The battery in the camera went dead before the end of the preformance. Colleen's kids came home with me afterwards, as Colleen had to go back to work and she had no one to watch them.  We walked up to the park (stopping for an ice cream on the way.....3 against 1....they won) and played there for an hour.

We were going to go to a movie but after finding out how much it would cost ($25 for 3 people) I balked and we went to Blockbuster instead. Mom didnt get home till 9 pm and we sat and talked till 10:30. YAWN!

She was up early to get ready for work at 8am. I rolled out around 7:30 to find that Avery had wet the bed (again!). I'm getting very tired of washing his bedding every night.

Anyway, we're here at the library. Sydney wants to go to the beach today but its friggin COLD! I didnt bring enough warm clothes for any of us. I was sure it was going to be in the 80's........WRONG!
