Sunday

The kids in the pool. I opted out of swimming this morning, instead I ran for 30 minutes. I'm still having issues with my breathing.....too fast....too slow......throat gets dry...etc.  I'm working on it.

Breakfast: 100 cal bagel, peanut butter, strawberries

Snack: fresco beef soft taco

Lunch: salsa & chips

Snack: Cinnamon Harvest dry cereal

You'll notice there was no Latte today. It took all of my willpower but I drove past without stopping. Tomorrow, well, I'm not making any promises. Hehe.
